House of Marque is a specialist estate agency marketing consultancy registered in England and Wales. We work exclusively with independent estate and letting agents across the UK.
For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, House of Marque is the data controller for the personal data we collect and process.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact details to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business, subject to appropriate data processing agreements. These include:
- Website and hosting providers (Wix)
- Email marketing platforms (ConvertKit / Kit)
- CRM and customer management tools (HubSpot)
- Payment and billing platforms (Stripe / Outseta)
- Accounting and payroll software
All third-party processors are required to handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR. We do not permit them to use your data for their own purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

- Enquiry and pre-sales data: up to 24 months from last contact, unless you become a client
- Client data: for the duration of the contract and for 6 years thereafter (to comply with HMRC requirements and limitation periods)
- Marketing subscription data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
- Website analytics data: as configured in our analytics platform (typically 26 months)
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Our services are directed at business professionals within the estate agency sector. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
