The Marque Collective

The Marque Collective is our network of specialist partners across marketing and property. House of Marque is the glue between them. Where a piece of work needs a specialist, we bring one in and manage them, so you keep one relationship rather than briefing three companies.

We are not experts in everything, and we do not pretend to be

Most suppliers in this sector will tell you they can do whatever you need. Some of them believe it.

We know what we are genuinely excellent at, and we know where somebody else is better. Pretending otherwise would cost you money and cost us the relationship the first time it showed.

So we built a network instead. The Marque Collective is a group of specialists across marketing and property, each the best we have found in their discipline. When your plan needs one of them, we bring them in and we manage them.

You still only have one relationship, and it is with us. You do not brief a second supplier, chase a third, or sit in the middle working out whose job something was.

How it actually works

If you already use one of them

If you need one and do not have one

If you need neither

Plenty of businesses already pay for a tool or a supplier that overlaps with the Collective. We will not tell you to rip it out and start again. We will work out whether you are getting what you pay for, and if you are, we will help you get more out of it.

The audit tells us where the gap is. If it needs a specialist, we introduce the right member of the Collective, and we stay in the middle managing the work.

Then we will say so. A recommendation you do not need is a supplier protecting a relationship rather than a client.

Olliverr

Twenty-four years in the UK residential property industry. Worked through to Associate Director at Michael Jones, then Regional Property Management Director for the South Coast at Lomond after the acquisition. Sam Olliver has been centrally involved in the operational centralisation of 50-plus staff. On the operational side of the pre- and post-due-diligence of the acquisition, and the integration that followed.

Olliverr is an operations consultant for estate, letting and managing agents, and the businesses that supply them. £500k to £10m.

"Why they are in the Collective: marketing brings the enquiries in. Operations decides whether the business can handle them. More agencies are held back by the second than the first, and we are not operations people."

What this means for you

One relationship. You brief us. We manage them.

No markup on introductions. Where a partner charges you directly, that is between you and them. We will tell you what we know about their pricing before you speak to them.

We will tell you when you do not need one. A recommendation you do not need is a supplier protecting a relationship.

We are not exclusive to any of them, and they are not exclusive to us. They work with other businesses, including some of ours. We would be suspicious of any network that claimed otherwise.

Not sure what you actually need?

That is what the audit is for. It tells us what to fix, in what order, and whether any of it needs a specialist.

No spam. No automated phone system. Just us.
