5–15 min

Where the pressure is

Valuations, fee justification, visibility, landlord retention — wherever you feel it most, we want to hear it. The more honest you are, the more useful the conversation will be.

15–25 min

What's already in place

What you're currently doing on marketing, what you're spending, what feels like it's working and what doesn't. We'll tell you honestly what we think — even if the answer is that you're in better shape than you realise.

25–30 min

Whether we're the right fit

We'll be straight with you about whether House of Marque is right for your agency right now. If it is, we'll talk about next steps. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.

A few things worth knowing before you get in touch

  • We only work with one agent per area — so the first step is confirming we have capacity where you operate.
  • There is no obligation to proceed after the call. We will not follow up repeatedly if it is not the right time.
  • You will speak to us directly — not a salesperson, not an account manager.
  • We aim to respond to every enquiry within one working day and to book calls within the week.
